Terms of service
Last updated: September 28, 2026. These terms are a plain-language starting point for the launch period. They will be reviewed by counsel before paid plans open, and paying customers will be told of any change in advance.
The service
pickleballop.app ("the service") is a web application for running pickleball open play: a live queue, court board, results and statistics. Organizers create a club, invite staff and run sessions. Players view the board through a link; they do not create accounts.
Accounts
Organizers and staff sign in with Google. You are responsible for who you invite to your club and for what they do at the desk. Remove people who leave your crew.
Plans and payment
The Free plan covers clubs running up to two courts, with unlimited players. Pro unlocks every feature for clubs up to eight courts at ₱1,499 per month. A plan for more than eight courts will be published before it is charged. A 3-day Pro trial may be granted on request; afterwards the club is on the Free plan unless it subscribes. When paid plans open: card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; prepaid passes do not renew. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your history viewable for the retention period below.
Acceptable use
Use the service for running your own sessions. Do not enter other people's personal data without their consent, attempt to access another club's data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend clubs that do.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available whenever you play, and we keep backups, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for a session interrupted by an outage beyond refunding the affected period of a paid plan.
Changes and termination
You can delete your club at any time from the dashboard. We may end the service with 60 days' notice and will give you an export of your data first.

What we collect
- Organizers and staff: name, email address and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.
- Players: the names, optional level, optional M/F, pictures and game results your organizer enters. Players entered from Reclub come with the picture and username on their Reclub profile. Players do not sign in and we do not collect their contact details.
- Technical: server logs with IP address and browser type, kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run your club's queue, board and statistics; to sign staff in; to send invite links you request; and to answer support requests. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.
Who can see what
A club's player board is visible to anyone with its link, because that is how players follow the queue. It shows first names or the names your organizer entered, court assignments, results and session statistics. Hidden ratings are shown only to your club's staff. Staff lists and billing are visible only to your club's owner and staff.
Where it is stored
On managed cloud servers in the United States or Singapore, encrypted in transit. Backups are kept for 30 days.
Retention and deletion
Club data is kept while the club exists. When a club is deleted its data is removed within 30 days. A player can ask their organizer to remove their name; organizers can remove any player from the roster at any time. Email hello@pickleballop.app for anything else, including a copy of your data.
Third parties
Google (sign-in), our hosting and database provider, and, when paid plans open, a payment provider that handles card details directly. We never see full card numbers.
